I decided to cut alcohol from my life over a year ago and have since climbed mountains - literally.

About Chris Hunter
I have a natural inclination for understanding the inner workings of things and a passion for fixing what seems broken. I apply this approach to the realm of personal development.
I co run a telecoms business and have been a DJ and music producer for years. I guess sound and connecting people (with themselves and others) is in my blood.
I have experienced highs and lows. I've been there and got the T shirt. I have also witnessed other peoples lives change.
My own experiences over the years with relationship breakdown, divorce, grief, loss, the long illness of a parent, a global pandemic and a health scare of my own, led me down a path of self-reflection and discovery.
Belief Coding® helped change my life and has inspired me to want to help others too.

The Power of Feeling
Feeling is key, and let's be honest, some of us, especially blokes, struggle with talking about feelings.
Throughout our lives, we're often encouraged to suppress our emotions: Phrases like "man up" "don't cry," "sssshhh," condition us from a young age to hide our true feelings.
These suppressed emotions, and especially those stemming from trauma of some kind, create limiting beliefs that can hold us back.
Trauma can be all sorts: even something like a teacher making an example of you in front of the rest of the class in your formative years - it can leave a lasting mark on your subconscious.
Sometimes old emotions get triggered by new events.
